There is no doubt, the proposed development must not happen.

Precious green space must not be taken from the public.
But how can it be averted? At first we may feel: big them, small us. The council is powerful and WWFC has money. We're only peasants, waiting to be sacrificed. Decisions are made above our heads.
But the closer we look the more we realise there is an abundance of legal restrictions that present serious obstacles to the plan.

Obviously, if no-one calls them out, they cannot bite.
That is why this page exists. It gives you access to background information that helps you understand the history of the land and the organisations involved in the proposal.

Central to our cause is the legal section with a number of very strong arguments.
Finally we analyse and comment the press releases of the Council and WWFC section by section, to reveal its hidden messages and what is not being said.
